She’s an Alabama native, so hasn’t experienced many snowy winters, but she wanted to have her maternity session photographed in the snow. I loved the idea, and we waited and watched the weather until conditions were finally right- fresh enough snow, not too cold or windy (below zero wind chills happened a lot this winter!), etc. We ended up with a day in the 20s, which seemed fairly balmy after weeks of bitter cold, and she was a trooper about plunging through the snow to get to a pretty spot. Beautiful snowy scenes in Milham Park and at Celery Flats made the perfect backdrops for her adorable baby bump. Here are a few from our snowy maternity session:
