Landon was born during an exceptionally cold and snowy stretch of weather in Michigan in January, so it was an icy trip to his house in Marshall. His family has one of the oldest homes in the area, dating back to the turn of the last century. It’s such a charming and inviting home, with some of the original details, like the wide plank floor in the kitchen, still intact. It was blissfully warm inside. Landon and I worked in the dining room, and his parents pulled up their comfortable chairs in the living room for a good view. He was the perfect model, sleeping soundly through poses in the basket, the bean bag and some with his parents. The first image, of Landon in his daddy’s hands, is one of my all-time favorites, and is already on the website in the newborn gallery.
Here are just a few pictures from Landon’s newborn session- enjoy!
