These girls have a special place in my heart- I’ve been photographing them since big sister was a newborn, and it’s such a pleasure to watch them grow! The west Michigan colors are gone now, but we were able to take advantage of the beautiful fall trees and golden fields. I miss autumn already….but they’ll always have a little piece of it in these-

 

 

C. really lit up when she was able to channel her inner cowgirl, thanks to her boots and pink cowboy hat and the generous loan of a wooden horse to ride. P. had to have a turn, too, and she did pretty well at handling horseback riding!

 

We were running out of light and just sneaking in a few last shots when I heard ‘you have to get a picture of that’ and turned to see, not 25 feet away, this unexpected visitor. A magical end to the session!
