I love the beautiful softer light of September, and it was just gorgeous when I met this family early one morning. The grass was a little damp yet, but I think it was worth it!

She’s going to school for full days now (favorite subjects- lunch and recess) and looks so much more grown up than when I photographed her just a year ago. She won my heart when she looked at me while we were working together and said, ‘I could do this all day!’

Jared

I’m thankful for Jared on a regular basis. He’s the super-talented goalie for our soccer team, and I’ve witnessed many of his spectacular saves. One of the careers he mentioned as a possibility was aviation and air traffic control. Having seen his ability to keep track of a speeding ball and lots of running bodies, along with his calmness under pressure, I’d say that would be a good fit!
