The newborns keep coming, and I love meeting all these brand new little people. Meet sweet Mr. O.-

I see many newborn babies and can never get enough of them. I love, love capturing the newness of those first days- the pouty lips, wrinkled backs, velvety skin, folded up little legs. All gone too soon, and just a memory. I want to encourage moms-to-be to not only record the first days, but those days of anticipation and waiting, too, with maternity images of themselves. Those beautiful curves are worth documenting, too! As an incentive, anyone booking a newborn session by Feb. 28th will receive a complimentary maternity session. If you’re due later than Feb., not a problem- I will gladly book sessions in advance. The best time for pregnancy images is 34-36 weeks, and the best time for newborns is around the first week. Sessions can take place any time between now and October 2009. Now is the perfect time to plan for maternity and newborn pictures!
Mr. A.- last sort of featured in this gorgeous maternity- has arrived, and was so good to me! His mom was worried that he wouldn’t sleep, but we cranked up the heat and gave him his own little heater and he slept like a champ.

We talked new big sister Miss E. into being in just a few pictures- and I just love this one of all the girls together-

Such beautiful curls-

And adorable brand new Miss M.-

Another one has gone and grown up in the blink of an eye- I can’t believe how much these tiny little babies grow and change in a year! One year ago she was brand new, and now she’s a big kid-

In a chair that was Mom’s when she was a girl-

And her big sister- check out those dimples!

The last newborn of 2008, and what a nice way to start 2009- with this sweetheart! She already adores her Daddy- she would calm down immediately when he sang to her. Love these images of her in his hands-

and with (rather large!) Dugan, who was a perfect gentleman-
