I’ve photographed these guys several times, and I love spending time with them- they are so much fun to talk to and to watch. And now there’s another adorable boy in the family- I predict another good-looking towhead!

Mr. T. lives in a great spot on a lake, so his session was a perfect opportunity to photograph him doing things he loves to do- jumping, wading, catching frogs, splashing and playing with his dog. My kind of session!

I am so lucky to be able to meet (and cuddle!) all these beautiful newborn babies! Here’s Miss G., a very girly girl-

I love watching all the expressions newborns can make, and how rapidly they can run through a whole variety of them. I know newborns smile, because I see it all the time. Catching one of those smiles is a trick, though- you have to be lucky and have a quick trigger finger. We got lucky with Mr. L- isn’t this an adorable smile?!

And I love this, too. This was a toy his Dad played with as a kid, and Grandma just recovered it for L.-

My new obsession is finding cute hats in newborn sizes. I scour Etsy (an online marketplace with wonderful handmade items), and give in to temptation a bit too often- so many options out there. Baby Hudson had his own great cowboy hat, so of course we had to use it!

and one of the handmade finds-

He looks pretty cute hatless, too-

He could be a Janie and Jack model- he was so adorable in this outfit-

….but I like the bare belly look just as well!

I hear these curls may need to be trimmed soon, so I had to capture them while he still has them-

He has the most beautiful eyelashes!

I’ve been photographing these twins for several years, and can’t believe how grown up they’re getting. Their little brother has grown way up since I saw him as a newborn last year, and I can’t get over his beautiful curls!

My favorite Dad/kid activity lately- haven’t met a kid yet who doesn’t love it!
