For her fall outdoor maternity photos, Amber and her husband met me at the beautiful KalHaven trail north of Kalamazoo. It was a gorgeous evening with golden light, and the stunning fall foliage was the perfect setting. To top it off, Amber had the perfect wardrobe for fall outdoor maternity pictures- her buffalo check dress and soft cream sweater outfit were ideal in that scenery. I brought along some of my maternity photo gowns, and she rocked those in the field, too.

 

And the icing on the cake? Misty, her  14 year old golden retriever! Misty has been a part of every important event in Amber’s life- she was even in her wedding, so of course she needed to be in these pictures.

 

By the way, if you need any work done on trees on your property, Shaun is the man to call. He and I met when he took down a giant old maple in my yard, and he did a fantastic job. All without a cherry picker, too- he’s amazing! He and Amber own Champion Tree Care.
