Ten day old Grace was at a perfect age for her newborn pictures. She slept through much of her session, and didn’t seem to mind the changes of hats, wraps and blankets we did with her. It’s always so much fun to dress up a baby girl, and getting to use a variety of hand knit hats and lacy wraps is such a treat. Part of the art of newborn sessions is finding just the right color and texture combination of backgrounds and accessories. Grace looked gorgeous in the soft girly pastels of coral and pink, so we used those for many of her images. Her mama is from the South, and most of her extended family is still there, so we just had to use the flowered bloomers on her- she looks adorable in them, y’all!

Sessions take place in your home, and I provide everything we need for the session, including hats, headbands, baskets and wraps.
