Vera’s mom found me after searching for a Galesburg newborn photographer online, and I’m so glad she did! This family was just a joy to work with. They all joined in for the session, which always makes me happy- I love when Dad and Mom are in the pictures along with their kids. I know those pictures are going to be so treasured by kids as they grow up. They’ll be able to see how much they were loved right from the start (and see their parents looking a little younger and without those gray hairs they’ve caused!). Here’s one of beautiful Vera, so nicely filled out at one week already-

I have a soft spot for those little crossed feet : ). She won’t be comfortable doing that for much longer, but right now it’s a completely natural pose that she’s been doing for quite some time in the womb. Here she is in a few more of those newborn poses-
