Dogs don’t come much sweeter than this. Due to circumstances beyond her control though, his good-natured girl is looking for a new home and a forever family. Her name, appropriately enough, is Sugar. She’s one of the American Brittany Rescue’s adoptable dogs. Her foster mom and I met up to get some pictures of her for the website on a hot and sticky Michigan evening. Even though we didn’t feel up to running around, Sugar had plenty of energy and was ecstatic to be out in the fields with all those other dog smells, birds to watch and paths to roam. She’s such a happy girl, and greets anyone she meets enthusiastically. If you know of anyone with room in their hearts and home for a new friend, send them Sugar’s way. I’m sure she would love to meet them!
