They just keep getting cuter, and it’s such an honor and such a pleasure to see these girls year after year. I’ve known them both since they were days old, and I love watching them grow. For this session, we headed to the Kalamazoo Nature Center, which has so many great areas to explore. It was a beautiful evening, and we had the place almost to ourselves. We started in the gardens, then worked our way over to the barn, and ended by walking the dirt road back through the trees. It felt more like a play date than a photography session- just the way I like it! Mom did a great job dressing them, too. The boots were perfect for playing and running in, and their dresses are darling and comfortable for them.

Cora is bubbly and full of energy, always chatting away and making up games to play. Penelope is thoughtful and quiet, taking in everything around her. I’m sure you can guess who is who in the following series-
